Coopers is an advisory and project management consultancy specialising in property and social infrastructure projects. We focus on the early stages of the development lifecycle, partnering with clients to achieve their project’s full potential.
Our clients include private landowners and developers, local councils, and state government departments. We work closely with each client, providing expert guidance and tailored solutions to drive successful project outcomes.
Led by our Director, Aidan Werry, who has over 20 years of experience managing major projects, we unlock value in property assets and convert ideas into tangible projects, driving complex initiatives from vision through to successful completion.

Aidan has a degree in Property Economics and over 20 years’ experience partnering with private landowners, developers, councils, and state governments to realise exceptional outcomes for their property assets.
Aidan started Coopers having worked both client side and as a consultant, including 10 years with The APP Group where he led teams and projects in the role of General Manager, Advisory.
Aidan approaches each of his engagements as a partnership, treating his clients’ projects as though they are his own, and championing collaboration between consultants, stakeholders, and project teams. In this way Aidan facilitates a ‘one team’ approach’, driving alignment among project participants to identify and achieve successful outcomes at each stage of the project.
